Our main product is motorcycle spare parts with an annual production capacity of some 1 million units, 2 million engines ranging from 36cc to 250cc with larger engines on the drawing board, 1.5 million energy saving devices, 2 million oil-cool devices and 3 million transmission units per year as well as generators and pumps. Our very modern facilities occupy nearly half a square kilometer in Beibei district in northern Chongqing.

Electric Motor & Supply, also known as EMS, is located at 1000 50th Street in Altoona and has been engaged in the repair and remanufacturing of electric motors and associated apparatus for all facets of industry, as well as the sale of related new products and equipment, since 1956. Cargo Motors was formed in 1955 when Jack Mincer bought the Saker-Bartle group. This group of companies included D H Saker, the franchise holder for Studebaker cars and trucks as well as Vanguard cars and Mercedes-Benz trucks. The potential of Mercedes-Benz having its own identity was soon recognized and "Cargo" was formed purely for this franchise (Mercedes-Benz trucks), while D H Saker retained Studebaker and Vanguard.

The name "Cargo" is a combination of the first letters of the first names of the founders of Daimler-Benz, CAR(L) Benz and GO(TTLIEP) Daimler.
Cargo's main source of income in 1955 was derived from truck sales but in the same year the first car, a Mercedes-Benz 180 was imported and sold. In 1956 a total of 93 cars were sold.

Founded in 1982, CPE Incorporated (doing business as A-1 Servomotor Repair since 1997) began operations by repairing electromechanical devices deemed "not repairable" by anyone other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). CPE offered its customers a cost-effective, time-saving alternative to OEM repair by successfully reverse engineering and rebuilding high-tech electromechanical devices. CPE quickly gained a reputation in a variety of automated industries for its ability to rebuild proprietary equipment in a timely, cost effective manner.

In 1990 CPE limited operations and focused all available resources on servo repair. Along with this new direction, CPE reduced volume requirements in qualifying potential customers. As a result, it expanded its customer base to include motor distributors, electric motor repair shops and brokers. With the infrastructure firmly in place to accommodate a large number of customers, in 1997 CPE opened its doors to end users by removing all volume requirements. To better define the service available to end users, CPE changed its name to A-1 Servomotor Repair.

Today end users are able to enjoy the substantial savings that were once available only to high-volume, large-scale customers. In addition, end users now have the opportunity to bypass the middleman, reduce costs, and minimize turnaround time.
